As a Technical Artist / VFX Artist, your primary role will be to create captivating real-time visual effects that enrich the worlds of computer graphics and gaming. You will be a key contributor to the development process, working closely with artists, animators, and programmers to ensure that the visual elements of the game or project meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.


Your responsibilities:

  • Craft captivating real-time visual effects using particles, textures, shaders, and more.

  • Design effects like smoke, fire, water, clouds, and explosions.

  • Apply composition and framing skills for visually stunning results.

  • Seamlessly integrate effects into the project pipeline.

  • Create shaders and transfer animations from Maya/Houdini to Unity.

  • Add dynamic elements with basic Unity simulations.

  • Optimize workflows through scripting.

  • Utilize tools like Photoshop, Maya, and AfterEffects.

  • Enhance storytelling with 2D animated VFX.

  • Collaborate efficiently using version control tools.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in gaming/animation with a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency in real-time visual effects creation.

  • Artistic skills and understanding of animation principles.

  • Shader development expertise.

  • Maya/Houdini to Unity transfer skills.

  • Unity simulation knowledge.

  • Scripting proficiency.

  • Software tools mastery.

  • 2D animated VFX experience (a plus).

  • Familiarity with version control tools.

  • Strong communication and teamwork.
