We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the gaming industry and are eager to grow their careers in social media and customer engagement within a high-tech environment.

It’s a full-time position located in our office in Cracow, Poland.


  • Comprehensive Initial Training: Participate in an in-depth training course aimed at equipping you with the skills and insights necessary for your position.
  • Execution of Marketing Initiatives: Work in synergy with the team to plan and execute marketing initiatives, making use of techniques such as direct messaging, mass mailing, and direct marketing.
  • Oversight of Digital Marketing Platforms: Assume responsibility for the everyday management of our digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media channels like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as web/online platforms, complemented by ASO/SEO/SEM efforts.
  • Cultivation of Audience Relations: Concentrate on direct mail initiatives and the engagement of prospective followers by designing and implementing strategies aimed at driving increased traffic to our social media outlets.

Job requirements

  • Mastery of English: Exceptional command over both written and verbal forms of English is critical for creating compelling content and engaging effectively with an international audience.
  • Excel Proficiency: A strong grasp of Excel is necessary for the analysis of data, compilation of reports, and monitoring of performance metrics.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Candidates lacking direct experience but showing a readiness to quickly learn and adapt are encouraged to apply.
  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to integrate effectively into a team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies, is essential.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: A robust understanding of digital marketing channels and the capability to effectively manage these channels to expand our digital footprint is crucial.
