Job description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to serve as a Delivery Manager within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the patience and skill to conduct thorough internet data research, ask insightful questions, and have a basic understanding of 3D capabilities, although this is not a critical requirement. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello is highly desirable.
It’s a full-time position located in our office in Cracow, Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the activities of our project management team, including outsourced partners, a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist, a part-time Web Developer, and graphic designers.
Utilize advanced data analytics to inform decision-making and project direction, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
Conduct in-depth internet research to gather and evaluate data, leveraging this information to support project outcomes and objectives.
Engage in proactive communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals.
Assess and adapt project management strategies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to enhance team coordination and project tracking.
Job requirements
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with a knack for handling large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of patience and attention to detail.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred background in 3D assessment skills, though not mandatory.
Experience with project management software such as Jira or Trello is highly valued
