Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and oversee the CEO's social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and communication objectives while also engaging with the community and monitoring its online presence.
  • Content Creation: Craft well-structured reports, presentations, and documents that reflect professionalism and clarity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the pivotal communication hub for the CEO, effectively liaising with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Actively participate in meetings, capture detailed notes, and assist in preparing for these engagements to ensure productivity.
  • Document and Record Keeping: Maintain impeccable organization of documents, records, and office supplies, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Travel and Logistics Coordination: Engineer comprehensive travel arrangements and manage logistical details to ensure smooth, hassle-free journeys.
  • Strategic Calendar Management: Take command of the CEO's agenda by organizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring optimal time utilization.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of your role.

Job requirements

  • Social Media Strategy Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in managing social media strategies for a brand or personal brand.
  • Research and Press Preparation: Experience in researching materials and preparing press reviews.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional skills in organizing and managing time effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel and familiarity with GPT-based chat tools.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with top-tier writing and speaking skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexible approach to accommodate a dynamic work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Innate ability to identify solutions and act proactively.
  • Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence: High levels of both IQ and EQ, fostering a balanced and insightful approach to challenges.
  • Learning and Responsibility: Quick to learn with a deep-seated sense of duty.
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid driver's license (nice to have)
