We’re looking for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to the CEO to support our leadership and contribute to our mission of bringing cutting-edge experiences to millions worldwide.
Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be the right hand to our leader, ensuring streamlined operations, strategic planning, and efficient task management. This role requires a candidate with a proactive approach, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage complex schedules, and offer high-level support in executive branding, international travel arrangements, and project coordination. Your role will be integral to helping our CEO maximize productivity and make impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Branding & Social Media: Manage the CEO's professional presence on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance executive branding. Create, schedule, and monitor content, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools to streamline daily tasks, including email management, scheduling, and content drafting. Stay informed on the latest in AI-driven productivity tools and recommend innovations.
Calendar & Priority Management: Coordinate a complex executive calendar, handling overlapping priorities, rescheduling as needed, and ensuring thorough preparation for each engagement.
Communication & Confidentiality: Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO, exercise discretion with sensitive matters, and liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent, professional representation.
International Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage international travel logistics, often on short notice. Ensure seamless travel experiences, handling all aspects from itinerary planning to accommodations.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key social media and project metrics. Use analytics to refine strategies, and prepare reports that translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactively solve day-to-day challenges, from prioritizing urgent tasks to adapting quickly to a fast-changing environment. Ensure executive tasks and projects stay on track and stress-free.
Job requirements
- Experience in managing social media strategies for a brand or personal brand.
- Experience in researching materials and preparing press reviews.
- Exceptional skills in organizing and managing time effectively.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel and familiarity with GPT-based chat tools.
- Fluent in English with top-tier writing and speaking skills.
- Flexible approach to accommodate a dynamic work environment.
- Innate ability to identify solutions and act proactively.
- High levels of both IQ and EQ, fostering a balanced and insightful approach to challenges.
- Quick to learn with a deep-seated sense of duty.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (nice to have)
