Junior Project Coordinator for mobile games

Job description

We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious candidate to work directly with coordination with a particular focus on the creation of engaging GameDev content and business project coordination. This will be an enthusiastic individual who wants to dive into the strategy around mobile games.


You will be in charge of assisting our project managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

This is a hybrid role and could entail working on everything from content creation across our marketing and social channels, right through to administrative support, combining it with the cooperation of agents to organize their business trips. On the one hand, you will be the first point of contact for fans and followers, with the sole mission of keeping them enthusiastic and passionate about GameDev product drops and ongoing marketing initiatives, through effective community engagement tactics that keep the channels active at all times. On the other hand, you will be working as a coordinator for GameDev agents, who will take photos for the GameDev content.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates;

  • Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check-in for status updates;

  • Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones;

  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs;

  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans;

  • Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources;

  • Deepen partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers;

  • Work with senior leadership and agents to deliver high-quality projects;

  • Create marketing collateral using Photoshop, Excel, Canva, etc;

  • Stay on top of trends and technology in the art and technology sector;

  • Write content for the mobile games market media channels.

Job requirements

  • Have a “can-do” attitude, take an analytical approach to solving problems;

  • Are well-organized, proactive, and helpful;

  • Are a fixer and not a complainer;

  • Get excited about leaving your comfort zone/ constant learning/autonomy;

  • Experience as a project coordinator or similar;

  • Excellent written English and a natural with office software products;

  • Great time management and organizational skills;

  • A passion for tech and the cultural industries;

  • A track record of high performance academically and/or professionally;

  • A love of problem-solving and an ability to deploy data to drive insight.
