We're looking for a driven Junior Talent Sourcer with at least one year of hands-on experience in sourcing to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. Do you have a knack for spotting hidden talent before anyone else? As a Junior Talent Sourcer, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top candidates to fuel our recruitment pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

🔍 Writing Impactful Job Ads
Craft compelling and inclusive job postings that attract the right candidates and reflect our company culture.

🎯 Navigating the ATS Like a Pro
Use tools like Recruitee to manage candidate pipelines, streamline sourcing activities, and ensure a smooth process for all stakeholders.

🕵️ Sourcing & Outreach
Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify, approach, and engage high-potential candidates across various roles.

🤝 Enhancing Candidate Experience
Support the coordination of interviews and maintain clear, friendly communication to ensure a positive candidate journey from first contact to offer.

You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, and have the chance to contribute ideas that improve our sourcing strategy and candidate engagement.

Job requirements

Passionate about Growth: Demonstrates a strong desire to develop skills in the HR field, with a keen interest in learning and professional development.

Analytical Acumen: Possesses strong analytical skills and can interpret data and trends to inform decision-making processes within HR functions.

Proficient in English: Exhibits excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication across diverse audiences.

Technical Proficiency: Has good technical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, to effectively manage and analyze HR-related data and information.

Sourcing Skills (Preferred): Basic knowledge of Boolean search or XR search on platforms like LinkedIn is desirable, demonstrating an ability to source potential candidates effectively.

Experience with HR Platforms (Preferred): Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Recruitee and HR platforms like PeopleForce is a plus, indicating familiarity with HR software and systems.
