Our team of 60 talented professionals thrives in an energetic and collaborative environment, located in the heart of Kraków’s historic Railway Station building. With key business representatives in London, we’re also a truly international player in the gaming industry.

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Event Manager with the ability to take our events to the next level. Your mission? To transform our stunning Kraków space into a hub for game dev enthusiasts, IT professionals, and creatives alike! Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage all logistical aspects: venue booking, catering, transportation, and technical support.
  • Adapt event spaces, procure materials, and ensure a smooth setup and teardown.
  • Oversee event budgets and track costs, ensuring everything stays on budget and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with different departments and external vendors to meet all event-related needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including post-event clean-up.
  • Serve refreshments and assist guests during events.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in event coordination, preferably within chain hotels or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record in event planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and keep costs under control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, primarily from 2 PM to 9 PM during event hours.

    What We Offer:
  • Location: Work full-time from our stunning office in the heart of Kraków, nestled in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center.
  • Employment Options: We offer flexibility with a B2B contract or a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) – whichever suits your needs best.
  • Salary: Competitive pay ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 PLN.

If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, bringing creativity and precision to every event, we’d love to hear from you! Join Reality Games and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of mobile gaming while hosting events that inspire and connect the community.
