Job description
As a Digital Content Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining a range of content to help an organization achieve its goals. It will be your duty to develop high-quality, sharable content to raise brand awareness. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience are the number one priority.
It’s a full-time position located in our office in Cracow, Poland.

Responsibilities
Planning and execution of our global marketing communications
Support in shaping and delivering integrated campaigns
Work closely with Business Lines (BLs) to ensure we follow an aligned communications approach at all times and content campaigns are executed consistently
Driving digital marketing content initiatives across all digital channels ensuring impact
Produce supporting documents & briefs for our content strategies
Deliver timely analysis of all digital content and campaigns to draw actionable insights to help continuously optimize performance
Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users
Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Marketing
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strong organizational skills
More than qualifications, Digital Content Managers will be expected to have experience as Content Creators before moving into a more senior position
Creating content for specific ‘personas’ and proof of attracting potential supporters through engaging content
Have a strong understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) and understand how this will affect the content that you create
Proven experience in social media marketing
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Open to international business travel
